You are able to connect this model to your TV monitor by using an RCA Cable (Sold Separately). If your TV does not support an RCA connection, you will need to invest in an RCA to HDMI converter box (Sold Separately). We hope this information is helpful to you. Yes it does, must be a smart TV and you must download an app to use it. Very easy and fun. The kids had a blast!!!
