“Does it cost more money if you are getting two subs installed in two different boxes I have two 10" and want to put them into two different boxes on each side of my trunk. Would this package still work?”

It would be $40 unless the tech is nice and does it for one but from my own experiences they will charge you for two. And I would look into just doing one box because two boxes will cancel each other out if facing one another.
