I think , if you are a member of the Geek Squad, they will haul it away for you. Otherwise I do think you have to pay to get it hauled away.

HAUL AWAY SERVICE IS AVAILABLE BUT YOU HAVE TO CHECK THE BOX FOR IT WHEN YOU PLACE YOUR ORDER

Yes, it's an optional service however. In some cases a separate service will come by to collect the old oven; often the installers will do both installation and removal.
