• Yes, you have to pull your current radio out and plug the FM tuner cable into this cable and then back into the radio. You then tune to the channel the instructions tell you to tune in to. You will then be able to enjoy your satellite radio and normal radio.

• Yes. This is an FM transmitter. It has nothing to do with satellite radio.

• The FM Direct Adapter is an accessory to any plug and play radio for a direct connection to either a factory installed or aftermarket radio. If you're radio is not satellite ready, you will have to also purchase a plug and play radio.
