Yes, you do need a 2nd FM modulator. That should be all you need since you have one in there already.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Bought this but did not work since the sirus was a gift for my mother and her car is too old. Ended up with a simple FM tuner that hooked up to the sirus thru the auxiliary port and just tuned to blank station. I would just use the one you have.
