Yes it will. Some cars also need an antenna wire adapter but I don't believe Honda needs it (GM cars do)
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I installed this Sirius FM radio adapter kit in my 2004 Toyota because it lacked an external audio input. I am totally pleased with the results. When installing I picked an unused FM channel frequency as guided by the Sirius web site based on my zip code. I set that frequency on the Sirius receiver and on a button on the car FM radio. To listen to Sirius programs I simply 1) power on the Sirius receiver and 2) select the car radio button I set up for this. I used the rightmost button on the radio so it is easy to remember. To switch back to listen to normal car radio FM or AM I simply 1) power off the Sirius receiver and 2) select any other button on the car radio. Powering on the Sirius receiver activates the antenna relay to switch away from the car antenna and over to the Sirius receiver. The sound quality when listening to Sirius is very good with no static or other interference. The hardest part of the installation was removing and reinstalling the car radio to connect the relay box antenna leads in between the car antenna and car radio, along with finding a spot to mount the Sirius receiver and routing and tucking away the connecting wires. Fortunately this was all a one-time effort.
