You just need a blank FM station. Tune to a station with no signal then set the Sirius radio to the same station. If you're in an urban area with lots a stations you will need the FM injector and adapter cables and possibly a professional installer. After it's done and working you will complain why didn't the put in a better transmitter. But in the end it's all worth it.

In other words, you disconnect the antenna from the car's radio, connect the antenna to this device, and then connect this device to the radio into the jack where the antenna attaches. It also has a third wire that connects to the "FM" jack on the satellite radio's base. So you have to have access to the rear of the car's radio, which could mean removing it from the dash or at least removing the trim around the radio. You're going to want to hide this thing behind the radio. You're also going to have a wire coming out of the dash to connect to the satellite radio.
