• As long as you have a cigarette lighter plug in, you will be able to auto tune it to one of the 3 radio channel options.

• It won’t let you listen to an MP3 player or smartphone. This works for SiriusXM radios only. It goes in between the SiriusXM radio and your car’s head unit antenna. When you turn your SiriusXM radio on it bypasses your car’s radio antenna. When you turn your SiriusXM off your car’s radio will return to using its antenna.

• Im not certain because its a direct hookup...but.i dont believe so cause when u hook into the satellite and turn it on you get ur channels.but when u turn it off it goes straight to radio...

• It only works through FM radio frequencies, not XM. If your car has an FM radio this transmitter works.
