Will this work with a 2016 Honda CRV? null

It works great on my 2017 CRV. You will also need this....Metra Honda Antenna Adaptor 40HD31 (both pieces)

It works great on my 2017 Honda CRV. You will ALSO need a cable kit to convert the input to the Honda spec and back (and the blue amp wire needs to be connected to itself) Metra Honda Antenna Adaptor 40HD31
