• Yes you can if your antenna and radio have a standard male and female connector. You will need to buy a pair of antenna adapter cables if your antenna and radio have their own special connector. Best Buy carries many antenna adapter cables. I had to buy adapter cables for my Dodge RAM and they had them in stock.

• Yes. I have an older car without aux port and this works great. Clear reception and no issues when using just FM.
