if there is an aux cable option no problem thats how i use my unit plus if outside itll help with the signal on the unit. there is speaker unit specifically for xm unit if willing to dish out any extra cash. you can also use an fm transmitter for bluetooth or to connect to use vehicle speakers if parked at home and interested to use car's speakers
