• Evidently you have a lot of movement where your antenna is mounted. I doubt you can repair it unless you are extremely patient, meticulous, and very knowledgeable about wire splicing.

• Have you tried applying a heat shrink wrap where the male plug meets the cable to strengthen that location? This works great on Iphone cords
