The radio comes with everything you need to use the radio in your home. Just dock the radio in the included home dock and attach the antenna and plug in the included AC adapter. Then place the satellite antenna in a window with an unobstructed view to the south. If your window has metallized coatings or metal bug screen mesh then you will need to run the antenna to the outside so it can 'see' the satellites to the southern horizon. The Onyx EZR has line level stereo audio output so you will need the connect to a home stereo amplifier with RCA input jacks using the included stereo cable.
