If your old unit is broke. Then yes call sirius and transfer subscription from old broken unit to new unit. And yes plug and play.

Please try again later.you should be able to transfer your service to the new one. power new radio up , set to Ch1/ Preview, you will need both old and new "Radio ID's" (on sticker back of unit) They will ask for them. Call your provider and transfer service from old to new radio.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The Onyx EZR Radio with Home Kit needs to be connected to a Stereo amplifier with speakers. The stereo and speakers are not included with the Onyx EZR. However, everything else you need to install it in your home is included including a cable with left and right RCA connectors for connecting to your home stereo amplifier. You can call to have your Sirius subscription transferred over to your Onyx EZR.
