• Yes it will work the kit comes with audio connections for your receiver, all you need is your own receiver and speakers with speaker wires enough to put were ever you want in home.

• I plugged mine in to the a/v jacks in rear to tv/satellite. Then pushed that button to get it to work after they turned it on
