Not through the USB but you can connect it in other ways. The SiriusXM receiver has a 3.5mm audio output that you can connect to sound systems several different ways by using a 3.5mm to RCA adapter, 3.5mm to 3.5mm adapter, etc. I believe my SiriusXM receiver came with both of these adapters.
