The design changed in 2009 and the XM FM Direct adapter Model XMFM1 was replaced with the FMDA25. On the old design the FM signal came out on the antenna port. But on the new design the FM signal came out of a seperate FM port on the dock. If you have an Onyx Plus with Home kit there is no FM port but the Home dock has a line audio output designed for a 3.5mm Audio cable with is included with the Onyx Plus with Home kit and this cable can connect directly to your home stereo system and provide a much clearer, higher fidelity and more reliable connection.
