It can be one of 4 problems: 1) Cable connections: Make sure your AUX cable is plugged in solid to the back of the SiriusXM dock and the vehicle AUX input port. 2) Bad cable: Try a replacement AUX cable or plug another audio device in - like a phone or MP3 player and see if you get both channels. 3) if audio works properly using another audio device. Then it might be a bad SiriusXM Vehicle dock. 4) If replacing the AUX cable and trying another audio source yields the same results, it could be your vehicle radio or AUX input jack and you should consult your Geek Squad professional installer.
