Yes and no. There are 4 ways to listen to SiriusXM at home with the Roady BT Sat Radio. Live stream via the internet app (which you can get when you are subscribed to SiriusXM plan and is the easiest). If you insist on using the Roady BT directly you will need an AC/DC converter with a cigarette lighter plug in order to power the Roady. Once you have the Roady plugged into the inverter you can then use the outlets available to connect up to your stereo. Be forewarned you may need additional cables and/or connectivity gadgets to do so. An example would be that if you wanted to connect via Bluetooth you may need an adapter that plugs into your stereo for reception if it is no already capable. You may need to get the FM adaptor kit from SiriusXM? You may need to get a 3.5mm cable and headphone jack adapter cable? It all depends on your present set-up? This is why I would urge livestream via the APP. I hope this helps.
