The Roady BT comes with everything you need to receive Satellite Radio. But you will need a car radio or at least amplified Bluetooth Speakers in your RV, car, boat or other vehicle to actually hear the audio. The Roady BT includes built in Bluetooth to connect to your car radio and it also includes an Auxiliary line audio output that can connect to your car radio's aux input port via the included 1/8in stereo cable. Additionally, the Roady BT includes a built in FM modulator that requires the optional FM Direct Adapter Model # FMDA25 to connect to your vehicle's FM radio.
