• There is nothing more needed. The portable unit includes an antenna as well as an AC power supply and a remote. You will need Batteries if you plan on using the radio where there is no AC outlet available.

• You would need an antenna. I have the home kit which came with the antenna. I see on the Sirius site you can order the home kit or the outdoor antenna kit. Not sure if the vehicle antenna would work or not as I do not have that.
