Assuming your existing audio system can handle the SiriusXM tuner, I think all you'll need is this since I'm pretty sure it comes with the vehicle antenna you'll need. Your best bet is to go into Best Buy and talk to the installer. That's what I did when I bought a completely new car audio setup including this particular tuner.
