“Will this work in my 2014 Ford F-150 am/fm radio it has a Sat button but when you push that it has No Sat. on radio. It has just a regular ant. So will it work on this radio and will it display on my radio screen.”

Only of your radio has a siriusXM ready logo on it. Check siriusXM tuner guide for your specific radio model number to be sure!
