“I have a Retrosound radio installed in my 56 Buick Wagon. It’s Xm ready radio. I bought a Sxv300 but the cable connecters for both are male connecters. So I can’t hook it up what’s the solution. Thanks”

You can buy a female-to-female antenna cable to connect them. I don't believe Best Buy sells those, though.
