Well with this Sirius tuner I was able to connect directly into the back of my new stereo Sony stereo that was satellite ready it's eliminated my Sirius radio that I had on the dashboard I eliminated that in all the wiring so you can plug it into the back of the stereo if there are plugins or you can plug it in the front it eliminated everything but the Sirius antenna that you still have to put the magnet up on top of it eliminated everything else I hope this helps
