• Yes the receiver will work with any Sirius XM "Ready" car or truck radio. You may need a specific Honda wire to connect to your factory radio and these are less then $15.

• It should, but you'd probably only get XM stations, not Sirius. I'd call Siriusxm and find out to be safe.
