Will this work on a 2017 Ford Fusion S? null

It all depends on the receiver unit. This is designed to work with receivers that are Sirus/XM ready. If you are trying to hook this up to your factory unit that doesn't have built in Sirius support, I don't think it will work, since you need the software in the receiver and the hookup in the back of the unit.
