You will need a compatible stereo/radio to use it in. A standard FM/AM radio wont work.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.No, the SiriusXM connect Satellite radio tuner is not compatible with plain AM/FM radios. It is only compatible with vehicle radios that display the SiriusXM Ready logo. The Onyx EZR is a better solution for you. Especially if you add SXDV3 spare vehicle kits to each of your tractors. Then you can easily move the Onyx EZR receiver from tractor to tractor taking your subscription with it for each tractor. If your fields are far away from FM broadcast towers you may be able to use the FM Power connect solution right out of the box. If the nearby FM broadcast towers are too close then you can install optional FM direct adapters FMDA25 to each tractor and have perfect interference free FM reception from the Satellite radio when the Onyx EZR is on and from FM broadcasts when the Onyx EZR is turned off (or moved to another tractor)
