• If the Sony radio has the "SiriusXM-Ready" logo, it will be compatible with the SiriusXM Connect SXV300 tuner. if it is an older model that has the "SAT Radio Ready" logo the XM or Sirius tuner components have been discontinued for a long time, but you may be able to find them from private sellers. For Sirius you could use one of the following solutions: 1) SIR-SNY1 or 2) SCC1Tuner + SNYSC1 Interface. For XM you would need the CNP2000 tuner + CNPSON1 adapter

• Yes, you can use any model of XM Radio® receiver or SIRIUS Satellite Radio® receiver with any Sony® receiver which has a CDX or MEX prefix in the model number. Check the Sony Support site for specific midel numbers.
