QuestionWhich headset is better the crusher or the venue?

- Answer If your looking for good experience with bass enhancement then your definitely going to want the crushers and if your looking for less bass quality but noise cancelation with the ability to track with the built in tile so you can find them easier if misplaced within bluetooth range then you're going to want to go with the venue's in my personal opinion if I had the money I would go with the crushers that have the built in noise cancelation those have the best of both venues and crushers. Otherwise I would go with the crushers hands down they will have the sound quality I would believe you're looking for.

QuestionI noticed that the headphone comes with a charging cable, but........... Can the S6 CRW-K590 headphone be charged with a wall plug charging unit, or can it only be charged from a Laptop computer? There is no mention of the actual charging process.

QuestionIt makes it seem as if it can handle 40 hours of continuous use, when it seems as if it is actually the idle time. Very misleading. Correct me if I'm wrong.

- Answer I can say from personal experience that I have run these specific headphones for four days without recharging. I don't have exact numbers, but I'm sure I was pretty close to the 40 hours. The amount you use the bass driver option will definitely affect the amount of time the battery lasts as well.

- Answer Make sure the headphone cord is completely connected I had this problem the first time it turns out I just didn't push the plug in all the way for blutooth make sure your media volume is up on whatever you're using

- Answer I'd say you have a defective battery. I charged mine weeks ago, have used them for hours at a time and still have 40% battery life remaining. Depending where you purchased them a 30 day return window is the norm. Good Luck
