- Answer Yes and then some. You can adjust from 20% to 80% then control the level from a dial on the left side. You feel it like you feel the vibrations on your phone. Old school bass hitting your ears. You won't be disappointed. I really enjoy mine.

- Answer Yes, they block a lot when listening to musci, it has three different modes, the canceling, to hear more outside the headpgones, and to disbale all modes to feel like if they were off.
