It will connect to two at a time but there's a bunch of irritational and annoying caveats. For starters, if my phone is connected and I turn on my surface pro 7, the surface will connect also. But if my surface is connected first, then my phone won't connect. Also, if no devices are connected and the headphones are off, but, I have my surface pro and phone (oneplus 7 pro) powered on, when I turn on the headphones they connect with priority to my surface pro and will not connect to my phone. I love these headphones but I absolutely hate how the Bluetooth works.

Taken from Skullcandy FAQ: CAN I PAIR THE CRUSHER ANC™ WITH MULTIPLE DEVICES AT ONCE? Yes. You can pair up to 2 devices at the same time, but only one device can stream at a time.

Yea you can. Just hold the play pause button and it will start pairing. I just disconnect from my iPhone under Bluetooth when I want to switch and than go on my tv and click on them to connect when I wanna watch movies . And when I’m done I just switch my tv to tv speakers making them disconnect from tv and I just click connect under Bluetooth on iPhone and they back on my iPhone. Takes 3 seconds.

No i guess we can add multiple devices but can connect to single device at a time . And to connect second device we need to disconnect the first one
