That's not a question but I will attempt an answer. 1. Try unpairing / repairing the devices. Power off / on, etc. 2. If that doesn't work or you aren't using bluetooth, while powered on, plug an aux cable into it for a few seconds then remove. Repeat until it says "Ready to pair", or go to the next step. 3.While on, try holding the volume up and down buttons together for about 60 seconds, even after it enters pairing mode. This should force the device to power off and reset. If it still isn't working, repeat this with the power button instead. Good Luck!
