Make sure that the Bluetooth has media on because sometimes it will turn it off it happens with some of my Bluetooth tech
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Have you tried hard reset the headphones? You hold the volume + and - until you hear a beep. I had some pairing issues that were fixed with this procedure.
