Make sure Bluetooth is on for your phone and it will pop up as Crusher Wireless. Also make sure u are holding the power button for about 5 seconds to put it in pairing mode.

Is your bluetooth device or phone already connected to something else? 5. Is your phone compatible with the product? If yes to 1-3 and no for 4 and 5 I would take it back to Bestbuy for a refund or to have a sales associate figure it out.
