• Check your earbuds you have to pull the white thing off of them first

• I turn the earbuds on, then place them in my ears. After that, I turn the bluetooth on. You should hear pairing, then connected. After that just play the music. I never power down the earbuds and just take them out of my ears and into the charging case. This stops the music. Next time you want to use the earbuds, there's no need to power on... just place in your ears, pairing and music.
