“My case is showing the red light while charging but the earbuds showed light in the starting but not showing anymore so is it oky like after light off they are still not starting the red blue light so i am a little worried.”

Red and blue lights = pairing mode. Connect them to you phone, and they won't come on again. Red light on case means it's charging, it will turn green when full.
