• Put them both in the case, delete them from your phone. Turn Bluetooth off on your phone. Take them both out listen for them both to say "power on" then "connecting" wait about 30-60 seconds and they BOTH should say "pairing". Turn Bluetooth back on (on your phone) and follow the pairing sequence. If that doesn't work, take em back.
