• REBOOT YOUR PHONE AND THE HEADPHONES THEN RECONNECT.

• Have you charged the unit? Also, are you using a cell phone? If so, what does it say? Does it also say connected? I had a problem with my connecting to a different source that I wanted it to

• Have not had that issue, sounds like it needs charging

• Did you charge it up? And device you're pairing it with needs to be close to do so.
