• You need to restart your headphone , hold both for 10 sec then place back in case, be sure to forget device on phone and disconnect. When you take your headphones out the case it should resync headphone first , then connect to phone again and both should work.

• Just put the one that isn't working into the case, close it then take it back out. Your phone will sync to it that way. It happens to me as well, bit frustrating but not a big deal.
