Love the sound quality of these but they do not play beyond the current track when I try to back track to a different song. I bought them primarily for working out & dont want to have to use my phone to replay a previous song. Is this normal? null

You have to hold the left ear bud down if you want to go back to a song. It'll make a small sound after about 3 seconds. The same applies to the right ear bud if you wish to skip a song.

To replay a previous song, press and hold the left earbud for 2 seconds.
