• A:Answer I use these earbuds on both my Android phone and in the earphone jack on my ASUS Windows PC. I just plug them into the PC and Windows recognizes them and lets me adjust the volume as needed. I use these earbuds for Zoom meetings on my laptop.

Q: QuestionI haven't had these a year and they're already broken - I can hear in one ear but the other one either doesn't play sound or goes in and out of playing sound. These aren't expensive but still irritating to put them in the landfill so soon. Fixable?
