No, they have rubberized sides and the cord integrates into the plastic around the neck when you're not using them, but they are not magnetic.

No, they don't click together. They're a pain to recharge and the wiring is so bad you'll have to replace within months. They SUCK!! I say this 3 headphones and 2 replacements later. Do yourself a favor and keep shopping.
