- Answer It charges magnetically by clipping into the charger. The four little metal dots on the inside line up with the ear piece. See photo below.

QuestionUsed headphones only a few times. Now when charging red light turns immediately blue showing charged. But when I try to turn it on it clicks just fine but nothing happens. No lights will come on though it does come on when on charger. Suggestions?

- Answer Hello! This happened to me when the headset wasn’t fully charged. Try ensuring it is fully charged and see if that resolves the issue.
