• Sounds like your having same issue as mine just reversed on which one. My earbud case will charge the left one but not the right, but when I connect case to power they both charge. Return them if still within return window.

• Same thing happened to me I just put them both back in the charging case for a second or two so they reset, then pulled both out and they synced to the Bluetooth and worked perfectly ever since
