“My JIB True XT2 Skullcandy earbud will not turn on at all. I have let it charge, but it will not automatically turn on when I take it out of the case or when I hold down the button. Is there some way to fix it or is my earbud just broken?”

It is probably broken. If you are beyond the window to return in store, contact skull candy customer service. They can offer a replacement bud or a complete replacement of the unit. You do need a proof of purchase and the warranty oy last for some time. Look for deals on skull candy products. These in particular fo on sale all the time!!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.My left ear bud was doing the same thing wouldn’t hold a charge I had to turn it on manually. Then I looked inside the charging box and the darn thing was so dusty it wasn’t connecting! I cleaned it out with a Qtip and a placker used for dental floss it was small enough to remove along the lining of the connector. Then worked like a champ! Also another reason could be the usb cable is that in good condition?
