• You will need to download the Tile App on your phone and connect your device from the app.

• I have this exact model also and the short answer is - No. The Tile app will only sync if you have Jib True 2 and this specific model in only Jib True. See attached screenshot of screen that pops up if you hit 'Not Working?'
