• No. You can do that with Airpods, Samsung buds, Amazon Echo Buds, and select JBL Earbuds/headphones

• On pc, a software solution that may work is using voicemeeter banana. It's a pretty complicated audiophile software but it gives a lot of customization that would allow you to have the same computer output to multiple devices and multiple computer inputs to one device. While this isn't official software for any given headphone, it works for all audio devices.
