Same thing for me. Skullcandy support said to lay them aside for 24 hours, then plug in and charge for 10 minutes, disconnect, then press all three buttons simultaneously to reset them. Then try to turn them on. That did not work for me though. I took pair 1 back to Best Buy and got another. Same thing happened the next day. Took those back and got different Skullcandy model. SAME THING. Returned to Best Buy and got some Sony wireless earbuds. I don’t like their design as well but they still work weeks later.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I submitted a claim to Skull and received a replacement at no cost, please do the same and don't dispose of them as I almost did. link to warranty: https://www.skullcandy.com/support/warranty
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Mine died fast over night the first week I had them. Now they hold a great charge. Not sure why.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. What exactly have you tried? Did you charged them/are they fully charged? Did you use the right charger? Did you press the middle button and hold it for a few second until the voice comes on telling you that earbuds are on? Is the light flashing blue or flashing red and blue? Do you mean that they won't turn on or that you can't pair them? Please be more specific.
