Try turning them off again, and turning off your Bluetooth on the ipad, then press and hold the power button, without releasing it when they first come on, so they will go into discovery mode...then turn on the Bluetooth and let it search for it again.

It's as simple as searching for wireless device on ur iPad and hold the main button on your earpiece and it should pop up as method wireless and your good to go.
